Adobe Support Advisor is an application that detects any errors during the installation of product packs from Adobe. With a friendly interface, the program analyzes the installer log files to identify the cause of a failure, which occurred during the installation of Adobe Suites.
The results are delivered fast, and the program will provide links to online documentation where you can find the steps needed to be followed in order to solve the found errors. Adobe Support Advisor is also able to automatically run diagnostics at system start-up or to display the last errors found. In addition, the program has an option to save on your hard drive the record of found errors.
On the main window the software will display information about the computer in use: Operating System and local language.
A great feature of this program is “Package for Support”. It will collect information about your computer and the occurred errors. That information will be recorded to Adobe database and it will be used next time when you need help with installation errors.
Adobe Support Advisor is quite efficient and it saves the need of online research, when an error occurs with Adobe products installation.
